Atlassian offers the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement (“Bonterms Standard Agreement“) as a streamlined end-user contracting option in the Atlassian Marketplace.
Advanced Workspace, as a trusted Atlassian Marketplace Partner, accepts and adopts the Bonterms Standard Agreement for our Cloud apps. Using this standard agreement complies with the legal requirements for listing apps in the cloud, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Provider-specific terms #
In addition to the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Advanced Workspace includes the following Provider-Specific Terms to the base agreement:
- Advanced Workspace will provide support for the product as described in SLA & Support Policy.
- Advanced Workspace will adhere to the service levels set out in that same SLA & Support Policy.
